GA4Was broken: the site's own CSP silently blocked every real gtag.js beacon (connect-src only allowed google-analytics.com while the beacon posts to region1.google-analytics.com). Found, fixed, deployed, and reverified live 2026-07-28: G-7D3MRH0CH4 now fires clean, zero CSP errors.
Search ConsoleFixed 2026-07-28: property had never actually been added despite a stale note claiming otherwise. Added and auto-verified via an HTML file already sitting in production. Confirmed "Successfully verified" in the GSC UI.
ClarityNot implemented on this property.
Vercel Web AnalyticsConfirmed enabled and genuinely recording (project shows enabledAt, hasData true).
Vercel Speed InsightsNot a bug: it's a paid Vercel Pro add-on (10 USD/project/month plus overage), canceled 2026-06-29, no free toggle exists. Site still emits vitals beacons with nowhere to land. Needs a yes/no from Wil before re-enabling.
PostHogeu.i.posthog.com also loads, not documented in tech-stack.md, worth a note.

Operating rule: green means current, independently evidenced activity. A page tag, database connection, or historical message is not enough. The protected submission inbox is live; the remaining send and measurement checks must reach verified receipts before this becomes a green daily system check.
