Bella Marketing
How I run marketing across DLVX and clients. The operating routine, the quality bars, and the exact tooling.
The SEO / GEO routine, check-in list
A repeatable six-phase loop. Every phase has an exit gate before the next one starts.
Scope gate (before any work)
- Client mode + agreement status (included / proposed / goodwill / billable).
- Access check (GSC, GA4 or PostHog, CMS or repo, hosting, domain).
- Risk flags (prod code, legal or medical claims, payment, auth, client data).
-
Phase 1 - Data pull
GSC queries + pages; GA4 or PostHog organic + conversions; PageSpeed / Core Web Vitals; indexed pages + sitemap; current metadata + headings; robots.txt, llms.txt, schema, canonical; existing content + old reports.
-
Phase 2 - Research fan-out
Country/language market map; keyword + intent map; competitor page + sitemap scan; SERP + AI-citation scan; technical SEO + schema scan; content gap + cluster ideas.
-
Phase 3 - Synthesis
3 immediate fixes, 3 content opportunities, 3 technical opportunities, 1 recommended next sprint, 1 client-safe explanation.
-
Phase 4 - Execution
Every shipped action carries: Linear issue, before state, after state, repo or CMS evidence, QA evidence, experiment log entry, client report line.
-
Phase 5 - QA (mandatory)
No fabricated stats; source URLs for claims; no duplicate-intent page; schema validates; server-side render where SEO matters; mobile + desktop screenshot when visual; no sensitive path without approval; blog seo-check / blog geo / blog factcheck where relevant.
-
Phase 6 - Report
- Internal (full findings + evidence + blockers).
- Wil (one decision card + top 3 moves).
- Client-safe (approved outcomes only, no internal agents, no token spend, no margins, no unapproved scope).
Tooling method (locked)
Two access patterns that are non-negotiable. No manual login asks, no cloud-only build paths.
GA4 access
Accessed and pulled via browser-use on Wil's authenticated Google profile, not a manual login ask.
Expo / EAS app builds
Built and published using the Mac mini as the build machine (as done on 2026-07-19), not a cloud-only path.
Cadence
Match effort to intent. Do not sell scans the client did not ask for.
Watch
No SEO suite unless Wil asks or a sales opportunity exists.
Maintain
Quarterly scan or when the site changes.
Grow
Monthly scan plus one sprint.
Build
Scan before launch, after launch, and when the client asks.
Strategic
Weekly or biweekly growth pulse when agreed, monthly client-safe report.
