How to Order
1. How to Order
Select your desired Snack Box and Bakery items, then click "Order via LINE Official" to submit your details to our admin team. Please prepare the following information:
- Customer Information: Full Name, Phone Number
- Product Details: Desired items, Quantity (pieces/sets), Add juice? (Yes/No), Tax invoice required? (If yes, please provide the company name, tax ID, and registered address)
We highly recommend placing your order 2–4 days in advance to ensure product completeness and optimal quality. For urgent orders, please consult our admin team (fulfillment depends on item type, quantity, and branch availability).
2. Pickup & Delivery Options
Option 1: In-Store Pickup — Preferred branch for pickup, Pickup date, Pickup time.
Option 2: Store Delivery — Origin branch for shipment, Delivery date, Delivery time, Delivery address.
Option 3: Self-Arranged Courier — Branch for pickup, Pickup date, Pickup time (please notify the admin in advance).
Delivery via Third-Party Apps: Shipping fees are paid cash-on-delivery (COD) based on the actual distance charged by the service provider. Bulk Orders: Bonjour will deliver large-volume orders via car instead of motorcycle to prevent damage and preserve the appearance and quality of the pastries.
3. Terms & Additional Costs
- Pricing is calculated based on the specific products selected.
- Snack Box packaging fee: 7 Baht / box
- Add juice (optional): 10 Baht / box
4. Payment Method
After our admin reviews and confirms your order details, payment can be made via the bank account provided by the shop. Once the transaction is completed, the shop will issue your receipt on the pickup or delivery date.
